Food Resume
I'm in a rather lengthy love affair with food--I started in kitchens in 2007, but it was 2011 I got to start making yeast doughs and breads and decided cooking was going to be a regular part of my life.

Since then, I have worked as a baker, a linecook and a chef and have been on a personal journey to study breads, pastries, confectionaries, old-world cooking, international foods (Indian especially, but including some Mediterranian, Eastern European, African and Asian specialties), restricted diet cooking (vegan, keto, gluten-free), pickles and preserves, beer/mead/kombucha fermentation, and, of course, Irish food.

I have been a Chef at Shawn O'Donnell's Irish American Pub for over three years and worked at this wonderful business almost five years in total. I am blessed to work for such wonderful folk and have a cheance to partake in their fantastic community, all the while learning what I can about Irish culture.
